The American Dream looks beautiful (hehehe ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ’ฉ๐Ÿ’ฉof course, otherwise it won't have soooo many believers...), BUT it is only friendly to a small number of people (๐ŸŒŸlucky guys๐ŸŒŸ) in particular fields which can directly promote the development of the country.(WOW that is toooo mean and tough๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ค)

The American Dream shows the idea that everyone can realize their dreams if they work hard, compared to any other country, it is really TEMPTING to AMBITIOUS people. (WAKE UP!!!๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ’ฅDON'T BE FOOLED!!!๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿ™…)(AMBITION is a good thing๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘)


๐Ÿ…ท๐Ÿ…ด๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…ด ๐Ÿ…ธ๐Ÿ†ƒ ๐Ÿ…ธ๐Ÿ†‚๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡:

For those FOREIGNERS who are disappointed to their current situation (Sooo sad๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ), American is a symbol of HOPE, which is able to bring the better job๐Ÿ’ผ and more money๐Ÿ’ต (sounds really ATTRACTIVE๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ EASY MONSYโ“โ“โ“ IMPOSSIBLE โŒโŒโŒ), so they spent a bunch of money๐Ÿ’ฐ and timeโณ on immigration and contribute a lot to American society๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ฆ, like they pay a lot of taxes and some people set up their own companies which provide more job opportunities to local labors.[SIGH] HOWEVER, the Dream is not โŒโŒโŒ so beautiful, and these opportunities are not equal to everyone that the government seems to prefer those top technical engineers and entrepreneurs because they are directly connected to the development of the country. For the MAJORITY who have no high skills or skills that cannot be accepted by the American government (nurses, doctors...), it is hard for them to survive or have a good life under enormous competitiveness and in the fields which are not valued by the government. HOWEVER the government ignores their miserable life and just uses some SPECIAL examples of success to lure the business and top technical talents to stay and to create more benefits to America.

For example, a colleague of my father is a doctor๐Ÿ‘จ and his wife๐Ÿ‘ฉ is a nurse๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ, they are investment-based immigrants ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ’ธ (money๐Ÿ’ฒ+ hope๐Ÿ”† are gone with the wind๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž)in America. The husband still works in China and his wife accompanies with their children๐Ÿ‘ถ in American(it is cruel to be separated๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”), the reason why he doesnโ€™t stay with his family๐Ÿ‘ช is that America doesnโ€™t accept Chinese medical licenses (WHYโ“โ“โ“UNFAIRโ—โ—โ—). How can The American Dream be equal to everyone if they treat people in different professions so differentlyโ“โ“โ“(ridiculous hehehe...) 


THEN what about the Local Americans???

Well, GOOD QUESTIONNN!!!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡
For the LOCAL PEOPLE, commerce and engineering are the most popular majors in the university๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿซ (so these two require higher marks๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ and stronger competitiveness๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒš๐ŸŒ), because the country attaches MORE importances to these two areas and also their average income is HIGHER(Ohhhh Moneymaking๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฐ). And it is a common fact that the news always reports some famous entrepreneurs and scientists, instead of the excellent cleaning staff or car mechanics (emmmm Job Discrimination??? fine๐ŸŒ). It is obvious that America ONLY cares about the areas which can influence the country directly.  The huge difference between different jobs shows that the American Dream is ONLY nice to some people and it is NOT EQUAL at all. (IT IS time to WAKE UPโ—โ—โ—)

This is an example of FORBES Magazine, which is about a couple who are successful in business(WOWOWOW). โ€œwe came here with almost NOTHINGโ€ (motivational๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช)shows the IDEALIZED American Dream that everyone can have the opportunity to achieve their dream, EVEN they were poor at the beginning. It aimed at motivating more and more people to work hard and to make more contributions to society. HOWEVER, it is a SPECIAL example, because โ€œSURPRISING groupโ€ shows that no one believed they would succeed, if the success of poor immigrants is surprising (WHAT???), which means that few immigrants can realize their American Dream, then how can the Dream is equal to everyoneโ“โ“โ“(IRONYโ—โ—โ—) The American Dream is just an IDEALIZED world and the government always likes using a few special cases to represent the whole public and to deceive the masses๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก. And also the magazine demonstrates that the government and the public really care a lot about the business area which brings huge economic development to the country.  
So America exactly provides opportunities to entrepreneurs, but ONLY for these BENEFICIAL areas and ONLY for the MINORITYโ€” talented + lucky people. (REMEMBERโ—โ—โ—)

Hi, this is Lynn!  In   the Great Gatsby ,  Daisy is the most  mysterious  and  complicated  character. Just as Daisyโ€™s name, her appearance is as beautiful as a flower๐Ÿ”…๐Ÿ”….  However , her personality is so  vain and selfish๐Ÿ˜จ . The idealized Gatsby and the American Dream Gatsby's Personality: G atsby is a man full of fantasy , optimism , and romance , even a little naive . He is unrealistic that he can get what he wants through money. He also obtained money through improper ways and concealed his true identity.
